Chiefs Page

This page will be a monthly message from the chief or someone in the department the chief feels should be seen.

Chief: Dean Cioppa

Assistant Chief: Bobby Mendell

With this weather coming up and the snow that we are expecting I would like to take the time to remind everyone that if you have a fire hydrant by your house if you could take the time and remove the snow away from it that would be a great help to the fire department. Should we get a fire and the hydrant is compacted with snow that will delay the time it take to establish a water supply. If you do have a hydrant near your house that has snow around it you can also call the fire department and we will clean around it but remember there are quite a few hydrants in town and and help will be appreicated. Thank you

Remember once a year to change the battery in your smoke dectector. A good time of year to do this is when we set the clocks back!!
